Evaluating Heating & Air Conditioning Options and their Return on Investment (ROI), and real monthly energy savings is just one of the many all-inclusive Engineering services we provide at McNair Builders. Each energy related option provided to our customers is evaluated in detail and considered and presented to our customers for their financial considerations. Many builders provide options, but we provide them for your Quality of Life considerations while determining the ROI and financial ramifications.
Many products are reviewed regularly by David McNair, and other staff members to keep us up to speed and on the “cutting-edge” with new innovative energy related products. However, we don’t jump in without thorough evaluation of capitol costs, the operating costs of new products, and especially understanding the quality and dependability of them. In today’s market place, it’s critically important to provide options to customers which can mean savings in energy consumption, or improved quality and dependability at better prices and to consider each as they relate to green construction and sustainability. (Example: evaluation of Heat Pumps, operating costs, investment and potential savings for owner decisions in design and specification process).
Think it always makes sense to go with the most energy efficient Heating & Air Conditioning system, obviously not if the cost of the system is never “recooped” during the expected life of the equipment based on projected increases in cost of energy, and monthly savings. Some may make sense strictly based on your personal needs and Quality of Life considerations, but we like to leave those choices up to you!
